Service description
EchoClips processes video you submit to deliver short-form clips suitable for social platforms. Clip selection and quality depend on automated analysis; results are not guaranteed to be perfect or match every creative preference.
Acceptable use
You must own or have the necessary rights to any VODs or files you submit. Do not submit others' content without permission. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase if no clips have been processed. If the service has been used to process clips, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except as required by law.
Clip storage
Clip availability follows the rules of your subscription plan. We are not liable for clips that expire or are deleted according to those rules, including after downgrades or cancellations.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the referral system, violate acceptable use, or repeatedly submit content without proper rights.
Twitch dependency
Features that rely on Twitch (including VOD retrieval) depend on Twitch's APIs and policies. We are not responsible if Twitch changes or restricts access in ways that affect the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoClips is not liable for lost clips, missed uploads, platform policy changes, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
