How do I submit my first VOD?
Go to your dashboard → Submit VOD → paste your Twitch VOD link → click Start Processing. Your clips will be ready in minutes.
How long does processing take?
Most VODs are processed within 5–15 minutes depending on length and queue size.
What VOD formats are supported?
Twitch links (primary) and direct file uploads (MP4, MOV, AVI up to 15GB).

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 3 days if no clips have been processed. Contact support@echoclips.app.
How do I change my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Upgrade plan.

What happens if my job fails?
Failed jobs don't count toward your monthly quota. You'll get an email notification and can retry with one click from My Jobs.
What export formats are available?
TikTok 9:16, YouTube Shorts 9:16, and Twitter/X 16:9. All formats generated from the same clip automatically.
How long are clips stored?
Starter and Pro plans: 24 hours. Premium plan: permanent storage.

How do I join Team Echo?
Click "Join Team Echo" in the footer or visit /team-echo and submit an application. Reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I earn free months?
Every 3 confirmed referrals = 1 free month, applied automatically to your account.
Is there a cap on rewards?
Maximum 3 free months per year per member.
