We collect the information you provide and data generated when you use EchoClips, including: email, display name, payment information (processed via PayPal — we do not store your card details), VOD links you submit, clips we generate for you, and usage data related to the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and operate the service, send transactional emails (such as job status and receipts), and improve AI quality using optional clip feedback where applicable.

Data storage

• Database: Supabase (GDPR compliant infrastructure).
• Files: Cloudflare R2.
• Location: Data may be processed in EU and US regions.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Clips are retained according to your plan’s storage rules. If you request account deletion, we delete associated personal data as described in our support process, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request deletion or exercise other rights, email support@echoclips.app.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session security. We do not use advertising cookies on the product.

Third parties

We rely on subprocessors including PayPal (payments), Postmark (transactional email), Supabase (database and auth), and Cloudflare (storage and related infrastructure). Their use is limited to operating the service.
